ALREADY QUALIFIED: Brackenridge (15-9-1, 7-3), East Central (20-6, 5-3), Edison (10-12, 8-2), Holy Cross (23-9-1, 7-1), McCollum (14-5, 9-2), Southwest (23-7, 6-1).

LIKELY QUALIFIERS: None.

POSSIBLE QUALIFIERS: Highlands (8-11-1, 5-6), Jefferson (8-11, 4-6), South San (10-13-1, 2-6).
